David Helmick

Chef De Cuisine

David Helmick has worked for our group for 16 years, and has been cooking for over 20 years. His kitchen philosophy is to make delicious food, simple. David says there are three kitchen tools he can’t live without: his knife, a timer, and his wife Nona.

His favorite part of his job is seeing people’s faces once they try his food. Their reactions keep him going.

When David isn’t crafting amazing dishes, he likes to take his grandkids fishing or camping, as well as spend time at home with Nona with their 3 dogs and 2 cats.

As a natural team player, Nikki thrives in an environment where collaboration and innovation are encouraged. Ronald Harrison

Catering Cook

Ronald Harrison has been working with us since November 2022, and has been a cook on and off since 1996. He discovered cooking was one of his passions after he noticed how many compliments he was getting from friends and family about his dishes.

His favorite thing to do in the kitchen is smoke meats. Brisket, ribs, chicken, meatloaf - you name it, he’d like to smoke it!

When he isn’t in the kitchen, you may find him rooting for Dallas and OU, or spending time with his grandson.

Marah Ranger

Catering Event Specialist

Marah Ranger has been a part of the group since November 2022, and quickly blossomed in her role. Marah likes to be hospitable, and has been serving since she was little. When she was a child, she would offer to refill drinks at family gatherings in order to receive tips. She is originally from Kansas, but has been living in Tulsa on and off for the last 10 years. “Go Chiefs!”

Outside of the office, Marah’s hobbies include spending time with her boyfriend, as well as her two cats, Donna and Rocklie. She enjoys photography, drawing, and making jewelry. She used to be a gymnastics coach, and can still do a back handspring.

Travis Wolfe

Catering Lead

Travis has a natural inclination towards being of service to others and making things easier for them. This trait has always been a part of his nature.

Originally from Tulsa, Travis pursued a career in professional modeling, which took him to 11 different countries over a span of 10 years. Among these countries, Thailand and Japan hold a special place in his heart. During his time abroad, Travis worked in catering out of New York City and found true joy in it, working in the homes of a myriad of celebrities, politicians, and fashion icons.

After New York City, Travis moved to Nashville, where he continued catering to numerous high-profile clients, including the iconic Dolly Parton. Following the pandemic, Travis returned to Oklahoma and now spends his free time fixing up a cabin in the woods.

Travis loves his job and the people he works with. He is passionate about making events the best they can be for his clients.
